Moor Hall

Originally a working farm, Moor Hall is in the centre of an award-winning conservation area managed by the neighbouring farmer. The site is surrounded by open arable fields, with some grazing for sheep and woodland to the east. There is a great feeling of space and tranquility against the backdrop of local wildlife: ducks, owls and herons, deer, rabbits and hares are regular visitors.

The Barn

The Barn at Moor hall, which sleeps six, is part of a complex of farm buildings on a 4.2 acre site, which has been renovated by an architect and his wife - he focusing on the buildings and she on the landscape. The buildings are of the local orange-red brick and grey flint, with terracotta pantiles. The ‘garden’ is mostly lawn, with groups of shrubs and trees and a lot of roses.

Norfolk

North Norfolk is a great place to stay at any time of year. There are long expanses of unspoilt coastline, pretty market towns with quirky shops and places to eat and drink, outstanding nature reserves, wonderful country houses, quaint steam railways, plentiful local museums and a lively cultural life. Not to mention the skies.
